Hello Folks!

A new working group is being formed out of the original 1076.1 group
to address standard packages. I have been asked to chair this WG.
Please find attached a draft for standard packages for 1076.1 that has
been recently compiled from contributions by Mentor and Avant! with some
review by Alain Vachoux and myself. We would like to open this up for
comments for about a month.

There will be a presentation on this material at the Forum on Design
Languages
in Lyon, France in September. Also, we are organizing a working group
meeting to be held at the BMAS Workshop in October. BMAS runs
primarily from the 11th and 12th (thursday and friday). We are planning to
have
the WG meeting on Wednesday the 10th. I would like to request your
participation
in the WG meeting. As the chair of BMAS this year
http://www.esat.kuleuven.ac.be/~bmas/, I'd also like to ask that
you consider attending BMAS as well. The program is on
the web. These events will be held in a nice location in Santa
Rosa (Sonoma County), California. Nice wine country in October.
We will post more information about the WG meeting later, but this is a
preliminary notice.
