  Discussion on truncation of *read package being an error.  Should it be
  a failure and not error?  Jim believes that in the spirit of the language
  requires that the level be failure. Long discussion on this when should we generate
  an error, when a failure. Currently reads produce error assertions not failure assertions
  for truncation and for illegal character values. Also currently *read functions
  don't always assign values to out parameters which can produce erroneous results
  because of difference of semantics for composite passing.  Should we change
  LRM to specify that error on reading should be an assertion message with
  severity ERROR and text is unspecified. Could also specify that the value in
  the value parameter is unspecified or defined. (Same as the proposed packages )
  Action item David to make this change part of FT8 

Discussion on tracking ARs.

In each meeting minutes need to keep track of action item lists.
Note when they are closed and which are not closed.
Peter possible use of issue tracking system. ISAC is looking at a system.
Short term John will provide list in meeting minutes.
