[vhdl-200x-ft] FT 32, FT7 Getting VHDL-200X-FT done.

Hi,
I just posted John Shields proposal for FT 32 to the
vhdl-200x-ft proposals webpage.  We need to get this
work done ASAP so it can be handed off to the
Accellera team for consideration.

Please post comments to the vhdl-200x-ft reflector
(contact me if you are on the accellera reflector and
need to be on the ft reflector).

I will be talking to John Shields, Peter Ashenden and
Erich Marschner to see when I can get all of them
together so we can finish this.
