John, I think ALL in the sensitivity lists is a good enhancement. As for the attributes, as these have no effect on simulation, only synthesis, should this "enhancement" be moved to 1076.6. This is just the start - if we want to declare design intent, then the user may want to indicate Block RAM, ROM, DSP Block, Dual-Data-Rate, Shift-register, not to mention many flavours of FF (enable sync/async-set/reset ...)
