Peter will be in the US and in the Bay Area in November. How many
people could make an in-person meeting in San Jose on 16 Nov (Tuesday)?
Of course, we can provide telecon access for anyone who cannot make it.
But, it would be nice to get as many people in the same room as possible
to finish up this 1st revision.
