[vhdl-200x-ft] Original test routines for std_logic_1164

Does anybody out there have the original test vectors for the
"std_logic_1164" package? These would be very useful as we
are now into the debugging of the new and improved packages.

I was able to find the original vectors for "numeric_std" and
"numeric_bit" (which run fine in the new packages). I have
written code to test the new functions. As soon as the bugs
are fixed I'll publish them.
