RE: [vhdl-200x-ft] FT19 process_comb, process_latch, process_ff + updated 14/15

Hi Jim,

I didn't see any mention in FT19 of whether or how the existence of
subprogram calls in a process_{comb,ff,latch} would affect the sensitivity
list calculation. Can someone please clarify?
