[vhdl-200x-ft] 1164 topics moved to vhdl-200x-ft reflector

Hi,
With the merging of 1164 into vhdl-200x-ft,
any further discussion of std_logic_1164 will be
conducted on the vhdl-200x-ft reflector.

in that reflector:

Please note I am not automatically transfering people
from one list to the other because I don't know who
is already on the list and who is not.

I have also copied the std_logic_1164 issues to the
