The list I currently have is:
   Unary reduction operations
   Scalar/vector logic operations (pending 1164 agreement)
   min/max operations for types with defined less than (<) and greater than (>) operations
   to_string/'image (value independent of any longer term resolutions involving IO)
   Standard Signal Spy / XMR capability (package/procedural based)
   formalizing explicit/implicit operator overload resolution (In progress ISAC work
    to give explicit operators precedence over implicit operators)

There is a pending action item to John Willis to collect prior IRs and
prepare them for review for consideration for fast track.

I will make a note to get this list onto the website.
