Steve,

I appreciate your effort to move things along. I have not taken the
time to review those procedures again since the DASC adopted them.
Frankly, the procedures of great interest at the time were the DASC
general and steering committee P&Ps. The model P&P for the WG seemed OK
to me at the time. Having participated, I can say there was not a lot
of discussion of these, nor the nuances of a mixed membership WG.

My concern now is to understand the impact of a WG that has mixed
membership, individual and corporate, and understand how it will
operate. Am I correct that the WG will be so composed? If so, the
discussion of voting eligibility, proxy for a corporate vote, etc.
that took place at the DAC 200x meeting should be verified and
clarified, if necessary, in the P&P we adopt.
