Karen pointed everyone's attention to the IEEE patent policy slides.

We discussed the list of resolved issues we didn't discuss last time.  They can be found, merged with 4/11's resolutions at:

Stu moves that we accept the new chapter ordering proposed in issue 679.  Dave seconds.  No opposed. No abstain.  Passes.  

We believe that ballot issue 240 will not be resolved by the time of the P1800 meeting.  It will take at least another week to get it resolved.  This is the biggest open issue in our assessment.

We will schedule a meeting after the P1800 meeting as directed by the P1800.
