Karen takes the action to create 1 week prior to meeting a list of changes and a bucketization of the kinds of changes.

Only a Champion can indicate a lack of endorsement for an issue.
Thursday 8am to 10am Pacific Time on days with no SV-AC meetings. November 18th will be our next meeting.
Champions need to be primarily concerned with the issues in the resolved state for the SV-* committees. 1364 queries as well.
Dave moves that can block endorsement of an item for the following reasons: 1) There is not enough info for the editor to perform the change 2) There are cross committee issues with the proposal that have not been considered 3) We felt the change was outside the PAR for the P1800 0r the P1364 4) Two proposals are inconsistant with each other Bassam seconds. No opposed. No abstain. Passes.
