There are two mantis items on the agenda. At this week's conference call
the Champion's rejected the proposal for mantis 2506. The Working Group
gave the SV-EC permission to meet on Monday Dec 5th to address the
Champion's
feedback.

  1. 3884 SV-CC VPI support for soft constraints
          A resolved proposal is now ready for review.

  2. 2506 SV-EC Non-trivial coverage space shapes and joint conditions
          A new proposal is expected from the SV-EC on Monday Dec 5th.
