I am holding off on voting on 3213, I need to spend more time to
understand the proposal. I will vote on 3213 tomorrow.

The proposal in 2476 only allows unpacked structs that are bit stream types to appear as argument of assertion systems function. Was the request in 3036 applied to only those unpacked structs, or is the request meant for any unpacked struct?
