I vote to approve all mantis issues except 2412, plus two other notes.
2412 I believe the intent of the sentence Shalom pointed out should read
"The sequence on which a method is applied shall either be clocked or infer the clock from the context where it is used. The same rules are used to infer the clocking event as specified in 16.9.3 for sampled value functions."
1933 reference to section 9.4.3 should be changed to 9.4.4 should be handled as a friendly amendment.
2938 Only 6 out of 12 eligible voters voted. The weekly SV-AC meeting make it hard for people to attend and maintain voting rights. Suggest that only every other week takes attendance for voting rights and can conduct votes. Most of the voting is by e-mail anyways. Other meetings for discussion only.

Subject: [sv-champions] Email vote - Ending December 13th
P1800 Champions,
We are conducting an email vote for mantis items that are in the resolved state. There are 38 mantis items ready for the Champions. I have put
35 into this email vote. Several of these mantis items are for closing without any changes being required. Several of the others are very small changes. Only a few have a more extensive set of changes.
Mark your votes as being either Approve or Oppose. If you Oppose, please specify a reason. You have until December 13, 6pm (PST) to cast your votes.
Neil
