Thanks for the inputs.

Shalom has also mentioned that he needs more time. Francoise has
been on vacation this week. Since there are several people that
need more time I am extending the deadline by one week. I expect
to have a majority of votes by this new deadline.

The new deadline is

    September 29, 1pm (PST)
