2173: I don't think the BNF footnote is needed. Regular cases have the
same restriction with such a BNF footnote.

2100: "except for it evaluates" -> "except that it evaluates"
"troughout" -> "throughout"

2005: "Actual argument expressions that are passed by reference use or
assign the current values of the underlying variables from the Reactive
region." 
I understand "use ... the values ... from".
I'm not sure what "assign ... the values ... from" means.
Should "assign" be used with "in" instead of "from"?

"begin/end" should be "begin-end".

"process'" should be "process's," I think.

"different-process" should be "different process".
