I proposed an alternate version, V4, which was passed in SV-BC on Dec. 17 and put on Mantis on Dec. 18. Matt did not yet update the Mantis with a bug note, though. So the latest proposal, V4, is the correct one. Also, I would have voted in favor of 1571. Can you add that to the minutes?
