Regarding http://www.eda-stds.org/svdb/view.php?id=1730 , which was
updated to Draft 3a, I think an intent of the proposal was to replace

    sequence_actual_arg ::=
        event_expression

with

    sequence_actual_arg ::=
        event_expression
      | sequence_expression


But the actual proposal makes a change in Syntax 16-4 (and A.2.10) to
replace instead

    actual_arg_expr ::=
        event_expression
      | $

with

    sequence_actual_arg ::=
        event_expression
      | sequence_expression

although in 16-4 (and A.2.10) of Draft 3a, there is no actual_arg_expr
and no use of '$'.

If I my understanding of your intent was correct, could you please
update the proposal PDF again to clarify that?  It looks like just a
glitch in updating to Draft 3a.
