RE: [sv-champions] Meeting reminder - August 15th 9am PST

1680 was not updated to Draft 3a.

Perhaps we should just return all the SV-EC issues back to them to
verify that they are updated to Draft 3a. They do not seem to have done
that work.

I do know that SV-BC updated and revoted all the V-1364 and SV-BC
issues.
