No issue with the minutes of the last meeting.

Karen directed everyone's attention to the IEEE Patent Policy found at:

When are the Mantis approved items official?  The IEEE position is that
one is welcome to read/implement from draft standards; however, the
standard is not set and unchanging until after the official balloting
process is complete.

Spreadsheet analysis
	1557:  Brad moves to approve the resolution, Stu seconds.
Unanimous.
	1532:  Brad raised the issue that this may break backward
compatibility.  
		Stu suggested sending it back to the SV-AC to get more
info
		Brad moved that we recommend approval of the committees
resolution
		to the P1800.  Dave seconds.
		No opposed.  No abstain.  Passes.
	
[Action to Karen]  Ask that when the committees are restricting
functionality or potentially creating backwards compatibility issues,
please note it when recording the results of the voting in Mantis.

	Remaining issues in spreadsheet:  Dave moves we recommend
approval.  Brad seconds.  No opposed.  No abstain.  Passes.

	1323:  Dave moves that we forward this issue on to the P1800,
pointing out that this issue results from 2 different interpretations of
the LRM.  Stu seconds forwarding it. 
	No opposed.  No abstain.  Passes.

The major activity is occurring in the SV-AC.  We noted that the SV-AC
is generating a lot of issues and the champions are working to ensure
the necessary cross pollination occurs.  In particular, the SV-AC is
discussing enhancements beyond assertions, for example, macro
enhancements, and whether or not to forward them on to the SV-BC.

Champions recommendation on editing:  update passed issues, release a
new draft, then merge.

Searching the database:

	It is difficult to search by assigned once things move over to
the editor.
