I would prefer if it would be in the same week that the committees
will meed to resolve the issues but that may not be possible.
Otherwise I may just attend on the phone.

Hi, all,

I haven't heard much feedback about whether or not people would like an all
day meeting for us to do the initial classification of the ballot feedback,
so I'll propose a day.

Let's plan on an all day meeting in Silicon Valley on Tuesday March 29 to
respond to ballot feedback, starting at 9am Pacific and going until we are
done?

Any objections?
