I would change my vote to yes if the following four changes are made:

1) The constant vpiOtherFunc from #52 should be included in the
sv_vpi_user.h file in #353.

2) The constant vpiRandQualifier in the sv_vpi_user.h file is not
sequentially numbered with the previous constants in that group. The CC
committee should renumber vpiRandQualifier or justify the non-sequential
numbering.

3) The modified sv_vpi_user.h after these two corrections should be tested
and uploaded again.

4) A note is added to both the data base and at the beginning of the text
file describing what changes that says the sv_vpi_user.h file included with
#353 supersedes the modifications to that file from errata 52, 62, 123, 158,
213, 265, 267, 295, 332, and 333.

It is worth noting that #353 is not really a new item. It is an editorial
correction to #158 that was entered into P1800/D3. #158 replace the
sv_vpi_user.h file with an untested file, that proved to have several
errors.
