[sv-champions] Updated issues list and a request

Hi, Champions,

        I've updated the issues spreadsheet with a few SV-AC proposals that didn't make the first revision of the spreadsheet. Please refresh any local copies you have.

        Also, could each of you give some thought to the remaining open issues and be prepared to indicate if you think any of them will cause an issue with the successful balloting of either the P1800 or P1364 standards?
