John  moves we approve the minutes with the above

+ Survey feedback
So far we have received feedback from Top (Intel)
and Kevin (Sonics). Waiting feedback from other
users


+ Questions on Binding

The purpose was to define the binding problem
across languages as a set of questions. 

Received initial set of questions on binding
from Logie and John.  Expecting further questions
from the committee. John reviewed the questions he had
sent out during the committee meeting. 

NSS wanted to add questions about configurations

Amit wanted to address namespaces in the context
of binding. How do we refer to the foreign 
language design units

Kathy will send additional questions to the committee

Kathy proposed the definition of a set of terms
can be used for the discussions. 
   - Kathy to identify Verilog terms
   - John to identify VHDL terms
   - Arnab ot identify SystemC terms
   - Kevin to identify AMS terms
