Kathy moves that the minutes be approved with one 
modification. Kathy should be shown as present

+ Review minutes of the Apr 18,  2007 meeting
Kathy moves that the minutes. Tapan seconds

+ Binding
Committee reviewed the strong and weak  typing rules
across languages.

  - Strong and weak typing requirements are clear
  - The first paragraph under "Implications of Typing
    Rules" needs further elaboration. The package requirements
    was not clear. Need further elaboration from John.
    (A/I - Kathy) to post the concerns discussed in this
    meeting on the sv-xc mailing list. 

Committee reviewed the library and search order 
   - We need to clearly define the term  "library".
   - Possible Definition of library
   - Logical collection of design units that is suitable for
      - sharing across users 
      - inputs to a compiler. 
   - Should we leave it as a tool issue?
