Committee took a quick straw poll whether to form 
subcommittee for binding. The decission was to 
continue with the full committee looking into the 
binding issue

The deadline for submitting questions on binding
topic is April 11th.

A/I Tapan - VHDL-AMs instantiated in Verilog
A/I John -  VHDL 

Logie to consolidate the questions by April 16th 
in time for the next meeting
