[P1800] IEEE1800 WG Meeting October 7, 2014

Hi, all,

I'm calling an IEEE 1800 WG meeting for October 7, 2014 at 9am.  At a minimum we need to discuss if we want to have an officer's election (the P&Ps do not require one any more), and when to start a new PAR discussion.  This meeting is intended to be short and to focus on timeframe and process for considering a PAR, not content.
