[P1800] RE: 26 January 2012 UNAPPROVED Meeting Minutes

Hi,

Regarding these two items:

Stu asked if all new text added to it should have change bars with blue text and deleted with strikethrough? Stu noted that deleted text is removed with each draft, and it would not be possible to make it part of the review draft.

Does the front matter need to be in place for the ballot? How should affiliations of people be shown? The DRs should come back with how their affiliated people are referenced. There is an observer and we discussed adding them to the list recorded in the front matter of the standard.

My recollection from past ballots is that ballots drafts are required to be clean: no change bars, no marking of new or deleted text, and front matter does not need to be finished for the ballot.

Regards,
Shalom
