  Using your IEEE logon, you can visit
https://mentor.ieee.org/mentor/bp/StartPage and navigate to the 1800
document repository. I have been able to do this with Firefox and
Safari without a problem.

  Do you have a problem with your IEEE account? I will email copies
directly to you as well.

Hi Dennis,

I am unable to access the updated P&P's from the link in the
minutes. There is a problem caused by an "Invalid security
certificate". Can the document be made available through
email or a different web site?
