Neil,

I agree with your interpretation.

A number of issues are already in the 'immediate priority' state with a proposed resolution to close for one reason or another. These are the issues I see in such a state:

SV-AC: 2479, 2807, 2916
SV-BC: 154, 931, 968, 991, 1029, 1162, 1223, 2525, 2533, 2574, 2734
SV-EC: 802, 1672, 1740, 2018, 2935

In addition, there are about 30 issues in the SV-CC assigned to Bassam Tabbara about the Data Read API. Since that is now defunct, I think it is possible to close all of these. Their numbers are:

555-563, 565, 567-568, 570-573, 579-581, 583-584, 589-590, 592-593, 2144-2148.
