RE: [P1800] SV 3.1a download on Accellera home page

Hi Dave:
 
I'm confused.  Is this change required because of terms of the Accellera
donation to IEEE?  Accellera SV 3.1a still exists and is referenced in
the academic literature.  Do the terms of the donation require that the
Accellera document be made unaccessible?  This is not a
research-friendly policy.

I just noticed that there is a LRM link
http://www.eda-twiki.org/sv/SystemVerilog_3.1a.pdf  on the Accellera home
page. This should be removed and replaced with a link to the IEEE store.
