What I said is that there were some ballot comments that were sent to the editor instead of the technical sub-committees (now that I have the xls open, I can tell you that these are ballot comments 7, 8, 13, 14, 15, 18, 22, 71, 124, 128, and 136) and no Mantis item was opened for these, and I verified the corrections of these problems in Draft 9, and they are indeed corrected there.
