[P1800] TC status for May 7th conference call

SV-AC
    Has completed its work.
    22 mantis items are now in the resolved state.
    It took 4 meetings to get all items resolved.


SV-BC
    Expects to complete its work by May 14th.
    Has been meeting weekly.
    Email vote is currently in progress (ends May 11th)
    It is a tight schedule, but the committee expects to complete May 14th.


SV-CC
    Has been meeting weekly.
    I'm not sure if they will complete everything by May 14th.
    Hopefully Chas can give an update during the meeting.


SV-EC
    Will not have time to complete everything.
    There were 76 ballot comments to deal with.
    Has been meeting weekly.
    Email vote is currently in progress (ends May 11th).
    Last meeting scheduled for May 14th.
    One large Mantis item exists
       - Mantis 2597
         "When do class property initializers execute in relation with
          the constructor call"
       - will not be completed by May 14th
    There will most likely be others that will not be completed either


Champions
    Email vote started today, ending May 14th
    Meetings scheduled for May 14th
                           May 21st
    There will be quite a few mantis items to review after the remaining
    email votes being conducted by the sv-bc and sv-ec (ending on May 11th).
