Karen, I think there should be a P1800 WG meeting between December 13 and January 31 to approve Mantis issues that the Champions will pass in the meantime. That will give the editor more time to work on them and also remove from the sub-committees a degree of uncertainty about their finality. It could probably be a short meeting.
