The chair of AC Ed Cherney wants to find a replacement.  He is looking for 
a replacement.  We need to follow up and make sure the process is going 
moving ahead.
 
I got a different story from Ed. Faisal is AC chairman. Ed is co-chair. 
Faisal has not been able to be active for a while and Ed has been de facto 
chair. So AC needs a new chair. But it is Faisal that needs to be 
replaced, not Ed.
