[P1800] P1800 WG tele-call next week

Hi All,

As discussed in our previous meeting (April 3rd) , our next tele-call 
meeting is schedule for next Tuesday, May 9 at 8:00-10:00 am PST. I have 
just gotten a work related travel and meeting that I must make during the 
same time and therefore I will not be able to make it.
The two options are:
1- we reschedule to Wed or Thu afternoon or Friday - all of these slots 
will be bad for people attending from Israel. 
2- have Dennis, as the co-chair, run the meeting on my behalf. Main agenda 
items are: A) review and vote on the revised PAR. I have sent it a while 
ago and will do a final revision (based on comments and action items from 
the last meeting) this week; and B) 1364 and 1800 LRM merge and financial 
implications

If the PAR is approved by the WG in the next meeting, I will proceed and 
submit to NESCOM for their approval.

I think that, given the short notice, option #2 is better but I'll wait 
for Dennis to confirm that he can make the meeting too.
