[P1800] P1800 and P1364 were approved by RevCom

Hi All,

I was informed by Dennis and Noelle that both P1800 and P1364 were 
recommended for approval by RevCom, at their meeting today. These 
standards will be voted by IEEE SASB (IEEE-SA Standards Board) for final 
approval on 7 November. These are certainly great news and an important 
milestone for both of these standards, 

Thank you all for the hard work, dedication and commitment to achieve this 
goal that is important both for users and EDA vendors.
