[P1800] Colored version of P1800 LRM

Hi All,

Please note that a new "colored version" of P1800 was loaded under the 
following password protected location at the IEEE:

This version was generated by Stu and has most of the text changes between 
the Accellera 3.1a and P1800 colorized (it would probably be very useful 
for you).

Please note that I decided to make this version accessible to WG members 
only. If there is a high interest by others, Noelle could get a price 
established and make this document available for sale until P1800 is 
approved. The draft will be made available until we make the final 
approved and published version available (approximately second week of 
November).
