Hi, Dennis,

        I've reviewed your discoveries, comments below.  I'm aware of
the following changes that need to occur in your feedback document:

664.htm and 665.htm are attached and they need to be added as you noted
below
Issue 411 should be 642.htm rather than 410.htm
Issue 182 was not implemented upon further investigation.  The filing
company voted positive and agreed we could delete the feedback from the
spreadsheet.
Issue 203 should be moved to the "while ..." language after our
discussion with Infineon this morning
Issue STU1 should have a link to the changes in 682.htm  (See the first
paragraph of the response)
