Please comment. There is no formal definition of the time units that exist within the P1800 standard. Instead, the formal definition of time units referred to in the P1800 standard come from the P1364 standard. As a result, we believe it is not appropriate to address the definition of these units within P1800. We have added language addressing this issue within the P1364 standard.
