[P1800] Next P1800 WG F2F - poll to move to Portland

Hi All,

Victor requested to check whether we can hold the next WG F2F meeting that 
is scheduled for 5/19 in Portland instead of San Jose. This is to align w/ 
a scheduled F2F meeting for P1666.

Can you please respond to me whether you plan to attend in person and if 
so, if you have an issue to move the meeting to Portland?
