[P1800] Issues for consideration in April 19, 2004 meeting posted

Hi, all,

	We had a Champions meeting yesterday and reviewed items updated in the SVDB as of the meeting, so that they are ready for discussion by the P1800 in the April 19th meeting.  The result of our analysis can be found at:

We will have an another Champions meeting on Friday morning at 11am to consider any additional issues passed by the committees between now and then.  I will send out a new issues spreadsheet after that meeting.
