[P1800] P1800 and P1364 Ballot Summaries

Hi All,

Following is a brief summary of the ballot results. I have also attached a 
compiled list of P1800 issues to this note (I will send P1364 list of 
issues later tonight or tomorrow morning). The champions team will be 
meeting all day tomorrow to review these lists and filter to the proper 
technical group.

I would like to thank all DR's who collected and compiled their entity 
ballot issues and vote. I am confident the technical groups will do 
outstanding and dedicated job to promptly address ballot issues. I have 
communicated the priority for addressing these issues to Karen.
