RE: [P1800] P1800 Draft 4b Uploaded to Member-Only Area

FYI, the only difference between draft 4 and draft 4b is a correction to the
page numbering and fixing the PDF links to clauses.
 
The version with change bars is provided for convenience to committee
members, and is not part of the ballot materials.  The change bars reflects
most, but not all, changes made between the Accellera 3.1a LRM and draft 4b.
The change bars are based on special, hidden font tags that I placed in the
FrameMaker source as each draft was generated (in order to do the colored
text and change bars for each draft). There are a few places where some of
these special tags from one draft were removed when I added changes for a
subsequent draft.  And, of course, text that was removed from 3.1a is gone,
and has no place for change bars. For these reasons, there may be a few
differences between 3.1a and draft 4 that are not indicated by change bars.
Again, the change bar version is provided as a convenience, not as an
absolute change history.
