Subject: Re: p1364-2005/d5 - composite compare files
Attached are 2 compressed PDF files with composites between
P1364-2005/D5 and IEEE Std 1364-2001 Version C.
The first covers Clauses 1 to 20.
The second covers Clauses 26 and 27 and the Annexes.
The contents of Clauses 21-25 were completely deleted in P1364-2005/D5.
Note again that due to how FrameMaker works, the subclause numbering in
the composite document may differ in some places from the source
documents.
Also, where a change occured in a figure, table, or code example, the
change may be shown in the composite doc not as a red strikeout and
green insertion, but as two different versions of the object, old and
new, one after the other.
An additional note regarding Clause 28 (Encryption). Although I have not
yet finished formatting it, still review it carefully even from that
aspect and comment any chages you feel desirable.
Review carefully the changes in Clause 1 as well.
Finally, WE HAVE TO DECIDE WHAT TO DO WITH THE NORMATIVE REFERENCES!
