Dear Colleague:

(In continuation to the attached note from Johny Srouji)

I've been IBM's representative to the IEEE P1800 Working
Group since the formation of this WG.

With Johny Srouji joining IBM, I feel it is most appropriate that
Johny - whose technical leadership in the SystemVerilog space
has been evident and appreciated in this community for many
years - will be the appropriate person to represent IBM as DR
in the P1800 WG. Johny's continued participation, in particular
as chair of the P1800 WG, will ensure an undisrupted work
of this WG.

I will be IBM's alternative DR for the P1800 WG. I will also
continue to represent IBM in the IEEE P1850 (PSL) WG.

I am looking forward to continued collaboration with you within
and across these IEEE Working Groups.

Best Regards
-Yaron

Subject: [P1800] Leaving Intel

Dear Colleague,

I wanted to inform you that I decided to leave Intel Haifa in order to
pursue other opportunities in the US. My effective leave date is next
Monday, January 24.

I will be joining IBM Austin, Texas on January 24 and therefore I am moving
with my family tomorrow and will have limited email availability for the
rest of the week. Meanwhile, if you need to reach me on a critical matter,
please send a note to my personal email at johny.srouji@gmail.com.
Otherwise, please contact Dennis Brophy. I will update you on my IBM
business email next week.

I would like to emphasize that my personal commitment to IEEE P1800 is very
solid and will not be impacted. All matters of reassigning Designated
Representatives for Intel and IBM are being taken care of. I have also
discussed my chairman position with Intel and IBM in order to plan
maintaining my chairman position within IEEE P1800.

I believe we have done excellent progress in P1800 on SystemVerilog and
Verilog IEEE drafts as well as long term alignment plans between the two
languages. I also believe we shall keep tight alignment with the PSL P1850
work group as this is very essential to users and EDA vendors.

Best Regards,

--- Johny.
