Dear IEEE SystemVerilog WG,
 
  Membership and voting rights in the IEEE SystemVerilog WG are determined by several factors. Three important factors are:
 
  1. Attending 2 out of 3 WG meetings
  2. IEEE-SA Membership
  3. SV WG Dues payments
 
  With the new year upon us, you will need to ensure that your IEEE-SA 2005 dues are paid to keep your IEEE-SA Corporate Membership current. The IEEE-SA may not have invoiced your company automatically for this.
 
  If you were not invoiced and need to renew your 2005 membership, please complete the following form and return it to the IEEE per the instructions on the form: http://standards.ieee.org/sa-mem/join.html#corporate.
