[P1800] Re: Review of Encryption proposal scheduled for Wed 12/22 at 1500 UTC

I am in doubt whether I can make the call.
If not, carry on without me.
I'll try to look over additional parts of the proposal by the 20th.

By the way, doesn't 11 AM EST correspond to 1600 UTC instead of 1500?
