1/2. The column headings titles were changed to be more descriptive.
Freescale is not an IEEE SA member (Motorola is), nor are they an entity
member of SV WG, hence Freescale has no voting membership and listed as
such.

Minor corrections:

1. Page 1: I was present.

2. The attendance table is a little curious. Column 2 is "IEEE-SA
Corporate Member Name", then column 5 is "Member", which can be "no", as
in Freescale's case.

3. Page 4, top: 2003 date should be 2004.

4. Page 5: The sentence "If they were sent back to the SV-BC, it would
be worst than a little wordsmithing and chose to make a verb a better
tense later,"
is not understandable.
